General conditions of sale & product returns
Four Seasons Junior intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility of returning one or more items and receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned items, in compliance with the times and methods indicated on this page.
The return must necessarily take place within 30 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
Specific conditions for returning products
To send one or more returns to Four Seasons Junior, the Customer is required to respect specific conditions:

A) – All items for sale on the Four Seasons Junior website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item using a disposable security seal with the Four Seasons Junior logo. The garment must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the guarantee seal. The return will be accepted only with the perfectly intact security seal, which can be a plastic seal with relative thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole.
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) – The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) – The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
D) – All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) – The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and solely to the Express Courier no later than 30 days from the date of delivery.
F) – The Customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or item must forward the return procedure to our Customer Service and place a new order on the Four Seasons Junior website. We will then take care of deducting any amount due to the Customer.
G) – Returns of underwear and swimsuits will not be accepted. In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Four Seasons Junior reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

Return & refund procedure following product return
If the return is forwarded for reasons not attributable to Four Seasons Junior, the shipping price for returning the products will be borne by the Customer.
Once the return request has been forwarded to customer@fourseasonsjunior.it to make the procedure easier and more advantageous, Four Seasons Junior customer service will purchase a shipping label and send it to the customer with the instructions to follow (NB the cost of the label will be subtracted from the total refund due) or if the customer prefers he can proceed (independently and always at his own expense) with the shipment by sending the goods to the address:

Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Four Seasons Junior is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.
The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
Inside the package, the Customer will find a label to be placed as a seal to close the outermost packaging, to guarantee the Customer and Four Seasons Junior against any tampering with the return.
All returned items will be inspected by Four Seasons Junior staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure.
Four Seasons Junior reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
If the return procedure has been carried out in compliance with the parameters indicated here, the Customer will be contacted by our Customer Service who will inform him, as quickly as possible, of the success of his return request.
If the return request is successful, the Customer will receive an "electronic coupon" worth the amount he spent in the previous order and will be able to make, without particular constraints, a subsequent purchase on this website.

General conditions of Sale
By purchasing on the website https://www.fourseasonsjunior.it/, the Customer declares to have read the following regulations, indicated "subject to acceptance" in the online cart.

The Customer, by purchasing on the website in question, declares to have understood the characteristics, measurements, available sizes, conformation raw materials associated with the product he has purchased and to have tacitly accepted the shipping times with the related associated costs.
The Customer declares to be aware that each purchase for which the balance will be indicated with the bank transfer method will be shipped and processed only when the currency is sent to the bank details which will be indicated to the customer by email to the address provided by him indicated when ordering.
It is specified, in the case of cash on delivery orders, that Four Seasons Junior will make two call attempts to confirm the nature of the order and the number to which the courier will refer during delivery. In case of no response, Four Seasons Junior reserves the right not to accept the order and cancel it due to impossibility of contact.
