REFUNDS POLICY
The return is the responsibility of the Customer.
To send one or more returns to Four Seasons Junior, the Customer is required to respect specific conditions:
A) – All items for sale on the Four Seasons Junior website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item using a disposable security seal with the Four Seasons Junior logo. The garment must be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the guarantee seal. The return will be accepted only with the perfectly intact security seal, which can be a plastic seal with relative thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole.
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with.
B) – The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) – The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be packaged and packaged appropriately.
D) – All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
E) – The goods to be returned must be physically delivered and solely to the Express Courier no later than 30 days from the date of delivery.
In the event of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Four Seasons Junior reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.
Return & refund procedure following product return
Once the return request has been forwarded to customer@fourseasonsjunior.it or by telephone/WhatsApp at 0885416135 to make the procedure easier and more advantageous, Four Seasons Junior customer service will purchase a shipping label and send it to the customer with the instructions to follow (NB the cost of the label will be subtracted from the total refund due; the service is only available for orders placed in Italy) or if the customer prefers he can proceed (autonomously and always at his own expense) with the shipment by sending the goods to address: Corso Aldo Moro,81 Cerignola 71042 (FG).
Shipping is at the Customer's risk: Four Seasons Junior is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.
The items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or with the same method and type of the same.
All returned items will be inspected by Four Seasons Junior staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure.
Four Seasons Junior reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
If the return procedure has been carried out in compliance with the parameters indicated here, the Customer will be contacted by our Customer Service who will inform him, as quickly as possible, of the success of his return request.
In case of success, the customer will receive a refund on the payment method used during the purchase.
All shipping costs (round trip) are the responsibility of the customer.
For cash on delivery orders, an IBAN will be required to which the refund transfer can be made.
Shipping and/or cash on delivery costs will not be refunded.
